Will Writing

Everyone accepts that they should have a Will but not everyone gets round to making one. The main reason people do is to ensure that the assets they have built up over their lifetime pass to those they want and is not decided by others (The Laws of intestacy)

Do you have children under the age of 18? Are you married or in a Civil Partnership? Are you living together or divorced? Is your family home your main asset? Are your assets worth more than £325,000?

All good reasons to have a Will written? Why leave it to chance?

Storing your Will

A Will is probably the most important document you will write and therefore its safe keeping is paramount.

We can store your Will for a nominal annual fee with no contract. Not only will your Will be safe but you can update it for free, receive free probate advice as and when required and store other documents with no additional cost.

You will receive a certified copy of your Will for your files along with storage certificates confirming the location and your reference.

How we work

We would arrange a meeting with you at your home, or place of work, at a time to suit you (which often means in the evening) to discuss your circumstances and objectives.

We understand that for many people this will be the first time they will have a Will or Lasting Power of Attorney written and therefore we take time to explain all aspects in language that can be understood.

Tailored drafts for review will be with you within a week of our appointment with documents for signature posted within 3 days of draft approval.
